Decent powerpoint and lesson structure HOWEVER water does not move up the stem/xylem by osmosis. It moves by root pressure and capillarity. You don't need to cover this at GCSE, but it's not osmosis. The osmosis phase happens in the roots when the water is drawn out and up by the transpiration stream.
