The following therefore needs to be considered:
*Bullying can have a huge effect on learning for a young person.
*Pupil behaviour and safety will be one of the four key principles in the new Ofsted inspection framework.
*Bullying will be explicitly looked at and commented on in future Ofsted reports.
*Inspectors will interview victims of bullying.
This lesson plan can be used in PHSE and RE lessons to show schools are treating bullying with the seriousness it rightly deserves.
