How can I build the tension in my story using time connectives? An idea I had while teaching time connectives and planning narrative using story mountains. Not only a great display giving children ideas about pace, paragraphs and sentence openers, but can initially serve as an activity where children stick the time connectives where they think they should be on the tension/story mountain.
