Use these wellbeing print and go activities as part of World Mental Health Day or at any time during the year. Help children to understand how they can improve their own wellbeing and mental health.
Activities Include:

Wellbeing Bingo - give a copy for children to complete at home or at school. It encourages children to take some time each day for wellness or mindfulness activity. Children must complete 5 activities in a row.

Tree of Thankfulness - Children write down on leaves all the things in their life that they are grateful for. Cut out the leaves and stick on the tree.

Fabulous Me - Encourage children to think about all the things that are good at, have achieved, try hard etc

What Is Happy? - Allow children to draw or describe what happiness means to them.

Wellbeing Ideas - Children can colour in all the activities they already do and gives them ideas for other activities they could try.

My Wellbeing - Children to think about and draw or describe the things that they can do for their own wellbeing and mental health.
