Poster visually showing information taken from the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey (DLHE) 2016 compiled by the Higher Education Careers Service Unit (HECSU), Prospects, The Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) and the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) to show what graduates in the UK are doing 6 months post graduation. This may help to encourage career conversations with students. The first column is the 29 degree subject classifications (notable exception being medicine as medical graduates need to complete a year minimum before practicing as a doctor so are not applicable in a 6 month leavers poll). The second column is the percentage employed from those subjects 6 months post graduation. The third column is the rank order for unemployment, 1 being good down to 29 being the worst unemployment and the final column shows the most popular employment for those questioned.
