A sequencing activity which requires the children to place key events of WW2 in chronological order. Rather than just comparing the dates though, I have included numeracy elements to challenge the pupils. Calculations include formal addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, fractions of quantities, decimals and place value.
File is also differentiated with LA pupils comparing dates, MA including some numeracy calculations and HA containing predominantly numeracy calculations. Easy way of reinforcing topics and demonstrating numeracy across the curriculum.
