These are a collection of Wow words I have used with my year 3s but could be used/adapted for any age. Once they are introduced and practised I have them laminated and displayed. The font is Sassoon Primary which is available free online. Not sure if I’m allowed to post links to where you can get it! One file is saved as a Word 2007 and one in an older version (i.e. .docx and .doc), to make sure there is a version everyone could open.
A collection of ‘wow words’. I used these by creating them after the children suggested wow words in class. We then introduced the words to everyone, practised using them and then displayed them as reminders. This is a copy of my other document but using the Arial font instead of Sassoon Primary in response to a request.
