WW2 class reader teaching resources pack

This is the full teaching resources pack I produced to accompany my time-travel adventure novel, The Ring from the Ruins, which can be used as a class reader to teach KS2 and KS3 children about WW2 and the Blitz. It includes creative writing and drawing exercises, a crossword, a word search, and a quiz about the book.

The Ring from the Ruins is the final book in The Scar Gatherer series, a sequence of seven time travel adventures spanning British history from Roman times up to WW2. The series website has a wealth of additional material on each period, written for children. The Second World War pages include a WW2 timeline, pages about famous people during WW2 ranging from Churchill and Hitler to Anne Frank, and a page of wartime recipes.
