Simon Lock, Tes Senior Digital Editor said:

“The World Education Summit comes at a time when schools face a unique set of challenges. The loss of learning, the changes to assessment and the issues surrounding the safety and wellbeing of children will need to be mitigated with research and strategy.

“To get so many great minds from across the globe under one virtual roof offers an incredible opportunity, and one that is only going to benefit educators and help support schools as they navigate the coming months.”

Stephen Cox, CEO of World Education Summit said:

"The World Education Summit is a symbol of what is possible in our new educational world - a beacon of hope at a time when teachers and leaders need it most. Connecting the very best academics, thought leaders, paradigm shifters, leaders and teachers globally with learning front and centre. Wisdom will be debated and discussed by global experts from Sadhguru to John Hattie, Goldie Hawn to Ruby Wax, a school in Peru to a school in UK. Let’s make 2021 the year of learning - not the year of COVID.”
