World Book Day announcement

“World Book Day” is a registered trademark and use of this is prohibited under the organisation’s (World Book Day) terms. Specifically: “World Book Day is a registered trademark. This means you must have our written consent through a formal licensing agreement to use the name ‘World Book Day’, our logo or any of our artwork assets.” More information can be found here on their website: https://www.worldbookday.com/work-with-us/.

This means that without express permission from World Book Day you should not be using the name “World Book Day” in, or to promote, any of your resources.

Unauthorised use of the World Book Day trademark breaches the terms and conditions set out by Tes at the point of upload; persistent breaches of the terms set out by Tes can lead to your resources being removed from sale, either temporarily or permanently.

We ask that you review the resources you have on site and amend or remove any that may be in breach of our terms and conditions.

If you require further support with ensuring that your resources are free of infringing material, we recommend seeking external advice from an expert in this field. For more information on how we deal with intellectual property claims, please read our takedown policy.
