Minehead First School & Pre School is at the heart of the seaside town of Minehead, with access to the South West Coast Path and Exmoor National Park, this striking coastline makes West Somerset a delightful place to live and raise a family. At Minehead First, our staff are motivated to improve the learning journey for every single pupil in our care, not least because this is an area of low social mobility. We are dedicated to improving the life chances of the children in our community and are looking for dedicated high calibre professionals to contribute to the educational landscape at this impactful time in their lives.
Location
The AIB of MFS are extremely proud of the hard work and diligence that Mrs Chapman and the staff have put in to improve MFS. The school has made huge progress and it is pleasing to see this recognised by Ofsted. Expectations are high, pupils feel safe and relationships across pupils and staff are good. There is a clear drive for learning and we expect the school to continue to go from strength to strength.
