Stokesley School is an 11-18 fully comprehensive school. We became an academy in April 2015 as the founding member of Areté Learning Trust.   Since then, we have been joined by Richmond School and Northallerton School.

Within Stokesley School, the culture of ‘being the best we can be’ is underpinned by three simple words which also form the basis of our school rules: ambitious, ready, and respectful. We demand high standards from our students, but we also understand the importance of demonstrating these core values ourselves.  When Stokesley students are asked what the best thing about their school is, they invariably say ‘the staff’: our school is built upon positive relationships, and it is a pleasure to work here.  We sincerely hope you choose us for your next career move and become part of our successful and committed team.
