This lesson introduces the students to the type of exam they will be sitting. I made the resource pack and questions and answers from scratch using SAMs and a workbook as model questions. The lesson starts with a discussion from some pictures. There was a flip learning video for this lesson from one of the founders of Greenpeace who said they went too far now so that might be worth a find. It is good to introduce students to exam technique early on and get them to do this as a lesson rather than a test because they do half the questions then mark each others and give each other feedback, then go back and try to improve. They generally all have similar mistakes like not enough detail, or reading the question wrong. I hope you can use this well because it took a long time to put together so I hope more people can benefit from it.
