Adolescence PSHE – Lesson 7: How Fragile We Are

In this KS4 PSHE lesson, students explore empathy, grief and emotional connection through Adolescence, Episode 2, Part 3.
Titled How Fragile We Are, this session focuses on the emotional turning point of the series, encouraging reflection on care, understanding and human vulnerability.

Through guided discussion, students consider emotional literacy, family connection and the importance of compassion in relationships and community life.
