What is Included in This Series** Lesson 1: Understanding Behaviour **

Children learn to identify emotional and behavioural triggers and practise choosing calm, thoughtful responses instead of reacting impulsively.
Lesson 3: Managing Impulsive Actions
Introduces impulsivity and practical strategies such as Stop and Think, breathing, counting, and pausing before acting.
Lesson 4: Responding to Anger
Supports pupils to understand anger as a normal emotion, distinguish it from aggression, and use safe, respectful ways to express feelings.
Lesson 5: Staying Engaged and Focused
Explores disengagement, boredom, and attention difficulties, with tools such as checklists, timers, and clear goals to improve focus.
Lesson 6: Building Positive Habits
