Starting with:
A fully funded, animated workshop – (age 11 - 14) – In this workshop, we explore (lightly) body image and how sad thoughts can create long term sadness. Using a simple analogy to show how thoughts build momentum, we explore each individuals’ body image thoughts and how they can escalate into manifestation of negative body image. www.bodyimagecoach.co.uk
An interactive workshop with two group exercises that engage and explore body image thoughts.
This workshop is for ages 11 - 14 years. Our further workshops are for ages 14 plus.

I work with Body Image Coach (BIC) and I have been very impressed by the resources they have to offer schools. BIC have a highly skilled team of coaches and psychotherapists, all very experienced in working with young people who have body image problems. The animated workshops are insightful, interactive and thought provoking and can make a real difference to young people experiencing these issues......I only wish this had been available to me when I was 14!
