Charlie's parents and grandparents, along with their bed, have been loaded into Willy Wonka's great glass elevator in order to go to the Chocolate factory.
After reading this amazing novel by Roald Dahl, the students will recap information on the settings, characters, plot and theme.
They will describe a text-to-self connection that they have made while reading the novel, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator.
Students will also have the opportunity to write sentences using some of the vocabulary words and draw a picture of the glass elevator going into orbit around the earth.
