I gathered this idea from the Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) site. I teach a range of students whom dislike receiving verbal compliments in class and saw this as another way of rewarding their good behaviour/work. I made four of my own cards to suit my expectations in class and the others are from the TPT site.
