A workbook for pupils to complete on aspects of drinking, smoking and drugs. Lesson objectives, opportunities for peer and self assessment and a 'choice' of final assessment task included. Approximately 20 pages of activities
This unit will cover:

• Alcohol: Understand the term ‘unit’ and be able to calculate the units in an alcoholic drink
• Alcohol: Discuss the Government’s recommendations in terms of alcohol consumption
• Alcohol: Understand the effects of alcohol on the human body
• Smoking: Investigate the ingredients of a cigarette
• Smoking: Understand the term ‘passive smoking’
• Smoking: Understand the effects of smoking on the human body
• Drugs: Distinguish between legal and illegal drugs
• Drugs: Understand drug classification and their penalties
• Drugs: Outline effects on the human body (common drugs)

It is a great resource for allowing students to 'get on with it'. It does need some input but I linked other sources to it for information so students can be more independent rather than having to stand at the front and teach it.
