Edexcel Level 3 Extended Project Qualification Mark Scheme Checklists for Unit 1: Dissertation

This resource includes detailed student checklists based on the mark scheme criteria for Unit 1 (Dissertation) of the Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Extended Project Qualification.

These checklists cover all of the criteria from the exam board official marking scheme, provided in a useful and student-aimed checklist format to allow for easing reading, understanding and tracking of the completion of all the mark scheme criteria. There are four checklists included for each of the assessment objectives for the dissertation option including AO1 (Manage), AO2 (Use Resources), AO3 (Develop and Realise) and AO4 (Review). For each assessment objective, the guidance and criteria stated in the exam board marking scheme (which can be found on the exam board website) is divided into key stages in the extended project process (e.g. researching, presentation, evaluation etc) and all criteria are listed in a checklist format to enable students to read through all of the guidance and ensure they have completed everything by checking them off as they are completed. With each assessment objective fully broken down by the marking criteria, students can track their progress and the completion of the assessment objectives until completion and be confident they have fulfilled the requirements of the qualification to maximise the marks that they can achieve!

This resource will enable students to easily understand, apply and track their completion of the mark scheme criteria to ensure that they can smash their Extended Project Qualification and achieve the A*!

This student checklist is produced based on the assessment objective criteria directly from the mark scheme for Unit 1 (Dissertation) for the Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Extended Project Qualification.
