Expanding Brackets Card Sort and Flipchart

I picked up this card sort somewhere and made a flipchart to go with it. It's really good for students to develop confidence with expanding brackets and the extension sheet then adds expand and simplify. There are lots of different ways of the students carrying out this task. My students chopped the answer sheet in half and stuck their half in their book. They then had a set of cards they shared with their partner and decided who had the answer and glued this alongside. The extension I didn&'t dictate how to do some made flaps others cut them into a thin strip and glued under the answer.
