This resource is for GCSE Higher revision but can easily be used for KS3. This lesson goes through what a survey is and how to design an effective data collection sheet. An extension for more able students is to be able make judgements from results of a mathematical survey. There is also a worksheet with Grade D-C questions on surveys.
