A fantastic resource to use to introduce how to find out the area of a rectangle. Children draw their own rectangles using square paper, predict which will be the biggest/smallest and then work out the answer. LA to just count squares, whereas MAHA to use times table knowledge and check by counting squares.

All you need is 1cm squared paper! A fun practical way for the children to learn!
