Well-being Menu:
x2 starter, x2 main, x2 dessert activities.
Students put together a ‘well-being menu’ by choosing one starter, main & dessert each week.

Each activity is set up to focus on their physical and emotional health & are accessible to students working from home.

  • Nutritional information starter task to look at the types of food they have at home.
  • Home workouts (no equipment required)
  • Yoga & meditation dessert tasks

(Created as a remote learning resource to set for KS3 PE groups during school closure in Spr1 2021.)
