Skills and techniques - Students will be required to highlight the stages of how a skill is broken down within a lesson and describe what a skilful performance is in this activity.

Performance analysis - Students will have to identify the attributes needed to be a good performer in this activity. They will then observe another student and tally up the attributes before providing a final evaluation.

Comparing performers - Students will observe and track two different students highlighting and describing differences and similarities in performance.

Improving our PE lesson - Students will note down the structure of the lesson before offering up suggestions for improvements.

How the body works - Students will spend time looking at how each of the body systems is affected by exercise. they will have to track and monitor a performer to complete this worksheet.
