Peer review is an excellent end of lesson plenary activity for writing lessons.
In my class I have these posters doubled-sided-printed and laminated and readily available around the room as well as featuring on my English display board.
The first two students to have adequately finished their work then peer review each others' by offering a compliment, suggestion and correction. Having completed the activity a couple of times the students really understand what makes constructive feedback (the guidance also helps with this).
