Quiz game on family, home & cafe phrases

Quiz game - can be printed & laminated for pupils to play in groups or shown on the board é played as a class. Players take turns to choose a category é a number of points é are asked the relevant question - the higher the points, the harder the question. If they get it right, they get that number of points. It's best to set a target score (e.g. first to 7000) or play for a set time. Pupils love this é it's a really good way to introduce target language with less able pupils - it's very easy to explain in the TL and all you really need is numbers vocab é phrases like 'it's your turn'.
