Based on the one I have uploaded for Physical Education this spreadsheet For creating objective, tailored and constructive comments for years 7 to 10 Health Education in a very short amount of time.
The comment bank is based on the Judging Standards provided by SCaSA and formatted to be grammatically correct and automatically insert student names, Curriculum Area titles and gender aligned possessive pronouns and possessive adjectives (he/she, him/her, his/hers).
The first sheet gives instructions on how to construct comments- basically, you copy and paste the attributes that you like and align with each student's achievement to create a comment. If I have my Marksbook visible to glance individual assessment task grades, I can construct a comment in 30 seconds and in doing so, achieve unique comments for each student in my class.
I love it and some of my colleges have also adopted it. I wish you a smooth Reporting Season :)
