Students learn about the signs of low self-esteem and ways to improve self-esteem.
Lesson pack includes engaging, illustrated group words/phrases activity and group writing task about Sophie who avoids dating a boy she likes due to her low self-esteem. Students write about different actions that Sophie can take, discuss her feelings and share advice for her. Also includes lesson plan, self-esteem definition and “Ways to Improve Your Self-esteem” displays.
