Two worksheets.
First sheet includes tables for students to generate sequences clearly.
Offers extension questions for faster students.

Second sheet gives a clear, thought out route for students to move from the timestable rules eg 3n, 4n, to the adjustments required for rules such as 4n+3. Worked well with my slow paced Year 8s.
Gives a structured route into identifying the nth term rule.
Also offers extension questions.

A great worksheet that develops nicely in difficulty. It provides lots of support and moves nicely on to working on nth term in patterns.
