
Students sort statements about stem cells into categories - plant, adult and embryo. This is based on AQA gcse specification statements. It comes with a non cut version where students simply classify each one. There are a few which will not fir in any category - for example ‘undifferentiated cell which divides by mitosis’ and students should explain why it was difficult to classify. Use after an introduction on stem cells and before attempting a longer task.
