In this success criteria list, used by the children to assess if they are hitting their targets, I have identified the Year 6 AREs which apply, and explained how the children can demonstrate this in their writing. It is a good break down for the children - and teachers! I use this for the children’s self and peer assessment, and for my assessment of their writing.
