great resource but regarding the ISBN extension sheet , other webpages have order the other way around i.e. 1st digit x10, 2nd x 9, ......
A really interesting activity which could be used as a starter or an activity for working on basic addition and number bonds. Students get to find out how these codes work as well as applying their maths skills to finish some codes. You could even get students to bring in something with a bar-code on for them to check it works! Thank you for sharing.
