This is aimed at the new A Level specification focusing on Y111 for OCR, but can be used for any later political topic.
You will need access to the new textbook Britain 1846-1951 for this lesson, as the Disraeli chapter contains all the answers.
Print all three handouts, but on different pieces of paper.
The aim is for the pupils to start by creating a timeline for Disraeli by ordering events. They then need to glue it down to create a timeline, before finishing off each of the cards - they include blanks and partially started words.
Pupils then work out what the colours stand for, and consider the impact of what they see.
Can also be used to help pupils work towards Disraeli based essay titles.
