Research Methods Psychology Christmas Key Term Game

Research Methods Psychology Christmas Key Term Game

(0)
This is based on an old game called You Say We Pay or Hot Seat. The class is split into 2 or more teams. One member from one team comes to the front and sits in the “hot seat” with their back to the board. Their team mates have to describe the key term to the person in the “hot seat”. That team then has 1 minute to get as many words as they can. Then someone from the other team sits at the front and they have to get as many words as they can. The resources included are: A set of key terms covering the whole of the AQA Psychology RM course (over 100 words) Two sets of the same key terms (over 150) including random Christmas words mixed in, as a fun game before Xmas holidays. I have included two sets of these same words, so it could be played twice with the same group as the words are in a different order. An alternative way to use it: Print the key terms instead and then get a student to describe as many as they can to the team to guess instead. Or use them to play pictionary with the students
