Geography Case Study Hoad’s Wood, near Ashford in Kent, is a site of specialscientific interest (SSSI). Parts of the nature reserve have experienced serious damage from unconsented felling and fly-tipping of waste material, including hazardous material. All natural features are presently lost and the ground level has been raised by several feet.
