I am a dedicated Head of RS, Citizenship and PSHE, leading three key areas that shape students’ personal development, critical thinking and understanding of the wider world. I oversee curriculum design, teaching and learning, assessment and staff development across KS3 and KS4, ensuring high standards and consistent, engaging practice. I lead Religious Studies (Equas - Route A) with a focus on philosophical enquiry, ethical reasoning and clear, accessible teaching. In Citizenship (Edexcel), I deliver a contemporary curriculum that builds political literacy, human rights understanding and active citizenship. As PSHE lead, I champion a whole‑school approach to wellbeing, safeguarding and statutory RSE, ensuring content is inclusive, relevant and responsive to student need.
