Hi, I’m Luke, a dedicated and experienced tutor with a passion for helping students unlock their academic potential. With over five years of teaching experience in both further and higher education, I’ve had the privilege of supporting students across a range of academic levels, from college learners to undergraduate students. For two years, I held the position of Programme Leader for two undergraduate degrees, this role allowed me to gain deep experience in curriculum development, academic mentoring, and guiding students to meet their full potential. I’ve supported students through private tuition too, including one student with complex needs who achieved an A grade in A-Level Criminology after two years of one-to-one support. That kind of progress and confidence boost is what drives me as a tutor. Additionally, I spent two years working with South Yorkshire Police supporting service users in custody during arrest procedures, including interviewing, rights readings and DNA testing.
