Conservation Fact Files 1 - Gamekeeper Facts

The first video in a series discussing who game and conservation managers (gamekeepers) are, what they do and where they do it.

Gamekeepers have helped to preserve both a way of life and protect the balance in the countryside. In that respect they were the earliest conservationist, ensuring a balance between the species they were assigned to protect and those that might prey upon them.

The videos that follow look more closely at the habitats in which Game & Conservation Managers work and are accompanied by classroom worksheets to help reinforce the learning and ignite the interest of Learners.
