I did this debate with my Year 6 and they were at full stretch, so I wouldn’t suggest it for younger children unless you simplify the concepts, i.e. remove the ‘compatibility’ element from the debate and just argue for one side or the other. I’m sure KS3 could have a good stab at it though!

I completely disagree. It is extremely interesting to debate whether or not the Big Bang theory is compatible with the teachings of the bible, and it is certainly a worthy debate title. I don't understand how you can comment negitively on this resource, which I thought was excellent.
to discribe this as a debate is so very very wrong.
