Suitable for a pairs task on keyboard in a KS3 Music Classroom. I am currently using music technology with Year 8 music classes to create a piece of club dance music from the ‘breaks’ or ‘hooks’ on the sheet. The have all been transposed into Am so will flow nicely into each other - students could also compose their own chord sequence in Am that these hooks will work with. The sheet contains 2-4 bars of the main hooks from the following songs:

Shape of You - Ed Sheeran
Wake Me Up - Avicii
Insomnia - Faithless
Lady Gaga - Poker Face
King - Years and Years
