I don't know how BAR kids are going to be able to draw a pentagon with set measurements for sides... They'll be there all day!

Sets of 3 questions asking children to draw a rectangle, triangle and pentagon with given length sides, either using whole cm or 1/2cm. Think that children may find it difficult to draw an isosceles triangle and a regular pentagon, as asked on the sheet, without some prior knowledge of these shapes or an understanding of angles too. Although this could be an interesting challenge within a unit of work on shapes and measures in KS2.
