This is a template you can use for your own class - you will need to edit the teacher name. It could be adapted for other year groups. With KS2 I could compare their heights at the end of the year before sending it home.
You just need some colourful string to use to measure the height of children.
I completed this with my class on the first day in Year 1 and I plan on saving it and giving it to parents with their end of year reports at the end of the summer term!
