  • Practise vocabulary to describe German school supplies and describe what you have in your school bag.

  • This resource contains a PPT with 20 slides to introduce and practise 14 words for German school stationery. It includes up to 14 vocabulary practice activities & games.
    Includes a true or false reading task and the final slide contains a speaking and/or writing task to consolidate learning and answer the question ‘Was gibt es in deinem Rucksack?

  • Also included is a 2-page worksheet, ideal as a follow on to consolidate learning from the PPT in class or as a homework task.

  • Students learn masculine and neuter (there happens to be no feminine ones!) singular nouns, use ‘haben’ to say ‘ich habe einen / ein …’ and the negative form ich habe keinen / kein …’ to say what they have and haven’t got.

Please note, the nouns are introduced in the nominative case. The accusative case is used at sentence level.
