I use these to meet the requirements for risk assessment in pretty much any subjects risk assessment criteria (mainly BTEC engineering and C&G courses). They can be used across any level, the activity sheets are a simplified version of an engineering companies risk assessment.
There are freely available templates to use on the HSE website, but these are very generalised and much too complex for teaching. Also, YouTube includes many videos that can be used (with the correct licence) to support the teaching further.
