I have used these resources while having India as a class topic.
The map and weather symbols are for children to think about what the weather would be like in the different regions after completing their own research.
Children used the pictures of the different types of weather to produce some creative/descriptive writing around our topic.
The weather report format worked really well in supporting children to write their own weather reports about a different area of India.
The pictures of the different houses allowed for great discussions between the children about the similarities and differences between different homes in India and around the world.
