Handling data: sorting (two days).

Children fold shapes to find out whether or not they are symmetrical and then place them in two ‘lists'. Children are sorted according to different choices after discussion about which option they think will be most popular. Children write two lists of names and the number of names in each column to show their results. Dominoes are sorted according to numbers of spots to answer questions about which numbers are most and least common on them.
