It has a number of activities one for each area, these include activities for teaching the concepts - Mass - Light / heavy, Capacity - empty / full. There are interactive activities, ideas for lessons and recipes for making salt dough and Goop! There is also a set of worksheets. Please use and adapted as needed. It has a Halloween theme.
