In this project, students assume the role of NASA aerospace engineers, using the engineering design process to learn steps for designing, creating, and improving equipment. Your students will also learn the terms by completing a fun Crack the Code.

They design and build a shock-absorbing system that protect two mini size marshmallows “astronauts” when they land.
