Images of landscape abound in poetry. They make the reader feel connected to a place and to the natural ways of the world. William Wordsworth's poem , 'Resolution and Independence' repeatedly uses the theme of nature and man's interactions with the natural world. In this 11 page document you will find extracts from the poem that lead students through the narrative and introduce them to Wordsworth's themes.
There are 16 questions - covering aspects of poetry and ideas generated by the poem.
